The Betty Seaton Evans Award – Please compose a poem no longer than one side of A4 -
written in Welsh or English - under the title ‘A Tale of the Unexpected’ - ‘Tro annisgwyl i’r
stori’Please provide two copies of your work including your pen-name only. Also, a sealed
envelope including your name, contact details and the name of your WI. Closing date –
Thursday 8th October. The winner in both languages will receive a certificate. The overall ‘Winner
of Winners’ will be presented with the Betty Seaton Evans Award to be kept for one year.
