Welcome to the Gwent Branch of Cats Protection! Gwent Branch of Cats Protection have been looking after cats and kittens in the Gwent area since 1979.

We are a group of volunteers who give up our spare time to foster, fundraise and in some cases, rescue cats and kittens. Our aim is to reduce the number of strays and unwanted cats and kittens through neutering and re-homing and we rely on the generosity of the Gwent community to help us carry out this work so thank you for your continued support!

BROWNIE
Introducing the bundle of fun that is Brownie (tabby male) who is approximately 10 weeks old and looking for his forever home.
Brownie is confident, playful and is full of energy. He is also a little purr monster who actively seeks out love and cuddles after expelling his energy through play and shenanigans.
Brownie is still learning about his claws, so older children (12+) only please. We think he should be fine with other cats and cat friendly dogs with careful introductions.
Brownie has been micro-chipped and has had his first vaccination. Please message Glynis Davies if you are interested in offering Brownie a loving home and can comply with our Homing Guide

Meet Phoebe
This 18 month old female is friendly, affectionate and confident. She came in after having kittens who have been rehomed.
She can live with children aged 6 plus and other cats.

Meet Tango, Mango ( females) and Ebony ( male)
These lovely kittens came in as newborns after their owned family couldn't cope.
Friendly kittens who may be nervous initially..can be homed with other cats and children 8 plus..either as a pair or all individually
