Fantastic work by our staff & volunteers to clear this property on Tuesday. The owner Louise & Raith were over the moon with work and provided the lads with excellent refreshments during the day. Well done all plus the team back at the yard sorting through the clearance to ensure maximum reuse and recycling.

Thank you to all who attended our coffee morning in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support - we raised around £450. Thank you to Emily Lindy and Julie for organising and running the event.

Homemakers recently donated an electric organ to Ysgol Gyfun Gwynllyw in Pontypool, pictured is Mrs Roberts and pupils, along with volunteers of Homemakers Casey Watkins & Mathew Lane. Casey was a former pupil at the school between 2017 and 2018.
Casey said it was lovely to reunite with my former music teacher and help the department build up its range of instruments. Mrs Roberts commented it was lovely to see Casey and we are so grateful for Homemakers help. With our small budget we find it hard to replace items or increase our range of instruments. This help is amazing, thank you Homemakers Community Recycling
