Happy Birthday, CISOR!
Did you know that CISOR was originally established under the name AESOR on 1 June 1963? Many international ties had already been formed earlier, but it was in 1963, at the Toulon Naval Base in France, that non-commissioned officers were formally organized into an international confederation with the founding of the Association Européenne des Sous-Officiers de Réserve (AESOR).
The organization changed its name on 22 February 2013 to Confédération Interalliée des Sous-Officiers de Réserve (CISOR).

CISOR arranges the Military Skills Competition every second year.
MILCOMP 2025 was arranged by CISOR in cooperation with CIOR - Interallied Confederation of Reserve Officers and CIOMR in Finland. Next CISOR MILCOMP will take place in 2027.
While waiting, the CIOR Military Competition will be arranged in Romania in August 2026. What a great possibility to train before the next CISOR MILCOMP!

RESUL Four Day March is a four-day free-form exercise opportunity for everyone, regardless of age, gender or walk of life. We hope that through the event we will inspire people to move more and start to make exercise part of their everyday lives.

Austrian Minister of Defence Klaudia Tanner inspected the newly graduated Non-commissioned Officers of the Austrian Armed Forces Bundesheer.

As Madam Minister concludes, the future looks bright for Non-commissioned Officers.

CISOR and its member countries continue to stand on Ukraine's side on the sad fourth anniversary of the russian full-scale aggression.

As we stand united in support to Ukraine, we hope for a just peace and salute all the comrades who have fallen in defending freedom. 🫡 🇺🇦

The CISOR Central Committee Meeting in Postojna, Slovenia has concluded with final meetings and a visit to Predjama Castle and Postojna Cave.

The concluding Gala Dinner at Smerkar Homestead was a success and CISOR greatly appreciated that the President of Zveza Slovenskih Častnikov/Military Officers Association of Slovenia, Major General Dobran Božič honoured our event with his presence.

The active CC Meeting week's outcomes include signing of the Legal Entity of CISOR, establishment of Articles of Association and decisions concerning the Confederation's daily matters.

We also got accustomed with the Military forces of Slovenia and enjoyed the hospitality of Slovenska vojska/Slovenian Armed Forces at the Postojna Barracks.

A big thank you goes to everyone involved in the arrangements.

The next CC Meeting will be arranged at the Joint Summer Meeting together with CIOR - Interallied Confederation of Reserve Officers and CIOMR.
