Pauline was simply thrown out of a moving car and left to fend for herself. When we finally caught her, she was wandering the streets completely confused, terrified and running for her life. The streets are a cruel and dangerous place for a gentle Podenco soul like hers.

But just look at her now! Once the fear washed away, a beautiful, sweet and incredibly loyal girl emerged. Pauline brings so much light and meaning into our lives. Even though Pauline is the true survivor, she looks at you as if to say that everything will be alright. She brings an endless amount of gratitude. We already congratulate the lucky person who gets to welcome this softest ray of sunshine into their life.

As a Podenco, she has a wonderful and sensitive nature. She needs a loving family who will give her the time and patience she needs to fully arrive and trust her new surroundings. A safely fenced garden to run freely and perhaps a confident dog friend by her side would be an absolute dream for her.

She survived the hardest part of her journey. Now she just needs a soft bed, endless cuddles and humans who will never let her go again. Who is ready to show sweet Pauline how beautiful life can truly be? Please share her video so her future family can finally find her! ❤️‍🩹

These tiny souls come into this world with so much innocent joy. They do not know anything bad yet and really only expect safety and comfort. But sadly, their reality looks completely different.

Their mom Nati was simply abandoned while being heavily pregnant. She gave birth to her little puppies at our shelter just two days later.

We are doing our absolute best and try to give them all the care and trust they need for their future. But we simply cannot replace a real home. Every single day counts because they are growing up incredibly fast. 😔

They have so much pure love to give and are just waiting for someone to finally see them.

A moment of silence.

Today we say fairwell to Michael Rackl, a veterinary who helped animals at Triple A for over 10 years. Michael was an excellent surgeon, and he during his years of work, he must have taken care of tens of thousands of animals.

After a short, but heavy illness, Michael passed away today.

We are very sorry for the massive loss of Michael’s family, colleagues in and outside of the shelter, friends, and all the animals that have depended on his surgical skills and experience.

Here is Michael at the Cathouse, with his close and dear colleague Kay. Kay, we are very very sorry for your loss.

Meet Tuba, a beautiful, fun, and kind mixed breed girl who is looking for her true forever home at Triple A Marbella.

Despite her compact size of just 43cm, she has a big heart and has already been through a lot in her short life. After experiencing instability and losing two homes through no fault of her own, she is now ready for a family that will never let her go. Tuba is an energetic young dog who loves to run, but she calms down very quickly and is wonderful at staying politely by your side. She walks beautifully on a leash, gets along nicely with everyone, and has a truly pleasant presence.

Since she is used to living in an apartment and has shared a home with a teenager, settling into a new family should be very smooth. Tuba is a fantastic companion for families with children or anyone looking for a loyal friend without needing intense canine sports. She is perfectly fine in a town or small city, especially if she gets to enjoy fun walks in nature where she can do her zoomies in the high grass.

🇪🇸 Os presentamos a Tuba, una preciosa, divertida y tierna perrita mestiza que está buscando su verdadero hogar definitivo en Triple A Marbella.

A pesar de su tamaño compacto de solo 43 cm, tiene un corazón enorme y ya ha pasado por mucho en su corta vida. Tras vivir cierta inestabilidad y perder dos hogares sin tener la culpa, ahora está lista para una familia que nunca la deje ir. Tuba es una perrita joven y enérgica a la que le encanta correr, pero se calma muy rápido y sabe estar educadamente a tu lado. Pasea de maravilla con correa, se lleva bien con todo el mundo y transmite una presencia realmente agradable.

Como ya está acostumbrada a vivir en un piso y ha convivido con una adolescente, su adaptación a una nueva familia debería ser muy sencilla. Tuba es una compañera fantástica para familias con niños o para cualquiera que busque una amiga leal sin necesidad de realizar deportes caninos intensos. Se adapta perfectamente a vivir en un pueblo o en una ciudad pequeña, sobre todo si puede disfrutar de divertidos paseos por la naturaleza donde hacer sus carreras entre la hierba alta.

Sitka ❤️
Sitka fue encontrado completamente solo con apenas dos meses, sin mamá ni hermanos, y ha pasado casi toda su vida en el refugio. De cachorro superó el parvovirus y una complicada infección nasal; hoy está bien, aunque a veces hace adorables sonidos y deja asomar la lengua.

Es un perro tranquilo y muy cariñoso. Camina perfecto con correa, viaja relajado en coche y adora los masajes. Como se siente mejor siendo el único perro, aún no ha encontrado su hogar definitivo.

Sitka solo sueña con un hogar tranquilo: sin caos, con rutinas sencillas, paseos suaves y un sofá cómodo. Es un macho senior mediano (nacido el 9/06/2018) y está listo para conocer por fin la vida fuera del refugio.

Was found all alone at just two months old, without a mom or siblings, and has spent nearly his entire life in the shelter. As a puppy, he overcame parvovirus and a complicated nasal infection; he’s doing well now, though he still makes cute little snorting sounds and sometimes lets his tongue peek out.
He’s a calm, loving dog who walks beautifully on leash, rides well in the car, and absolutely loves a good massage. Because he’s happiest as the only dog, he hasn’t found his forever home just yet.

Sitka dreams of a quiet, peaceful home: no chaos, just simple routines, gentle walks, and a cozy sofa. He’s a medium-sized senior male (born 09/06/2018) and is ready to finally experience life beyond the shelter.

PomPom was found tied to a street post on a dark road leading to the shelter. A volunteer arriving early in the morning almost drove into him, he was standing there, unable to move, still wearing his harness, with no water.

PomPom fue encontrado atado a un poste en una carretera oscura que lleva al refugio. Un voluntario que llegaba temprano por la mañana casi lo atropella—estaba allí, sin poder moverse, aún con su arnés y sin agua.

Su microchip nos llevó hasta Bélgica. Pensamos que se había perdido, pero el propietario respondió: “Gracias por la información, podéis quedaros con él.” Así, sin más, PomPom—también conocido como BoumBoum—fue abandonado.

PomPom es un perrito un poco rellenito que sabe pasear muy bien con correa. Ahora mismo es algo inseguro con personas nuevas y necesita a alguien paciente que le dé tiempo para confiar. Una vez que lo hace, le encanta recibir cariño suave (y el pollo definitivamente ayuda 🐾).

Ha vivido antes en un hogar, por lo que probablemente se adaptará rápido de nuevo. Buscamos para él un hogar tranquilo, con experiencia en perros—idealmente como perro único (aunque podría valorarse una hembra tranquila). Por ahora, no se recomienda con niños pequeños.

PomPom está disponible para adopción en España (se requiere licencia PPP, podemos ayudar) y también a nivel internacional.

His microchip led to Belgium. We hoped he was lost, but the owner replied: “Thanks for the info, you can keep him.” Just like that, PomPom, also known as BoumBoum, was abandoned.

PomPom is a slightly chunky boy who knows how to walk nicely on a leash. Right now, he’s a bit unsure with new people and needs someone patient who gives him time to trust. Once he does, he loves gentle attention (and chicken definitely helps 🐾).

He has lived in a home before and will likely settle again quickly. We are looking for a calm, dog-experienced home, ideally as an only dog (a calm female may be considered). No small children for now.

PomPom is available for adoption in Spain (PPP license required, we can help) and internationally.

🐶 Triple A Marbella cuida actualmente de más de 500 animales de la comunidad de Marbella y San Pedro — muchos de ellos abandonados, heridos o gravemente maltratados.

En este momento estamos bajo una gran presión.
En los últimos meses, hemos visto un fuerte aumento de casos de negligencia extrema, con muchos animales que necesitan tratamiento urgente para poder sobrevivir.
