In your view, do the local councils along the coast comply with Law 7/2023 on the protection of animals’ rights and welfare?

Unfortunately, we have found that they do not. And we want to take action, because we have experienced first-hand, first, the inaction of Ronda Town Council, and then, after demanding that they meet the minimum requirements, we have witnessed appalling behaviour on their part, which is why we have reported them.

Incidentally, we are currently searching for four cats from a cat colony that we have cared for with great dedication for over a year, and which have fled in terror to the area around Plaza del Gigante, the Cathedral and the surrounding streets, as work began today to clear the undergrowth from the plot of land that was providing them with poor shelter, without heeding our pleas to coordinate the work with us.

As we can see that this is a common occurrence, and local councils generally either completely ignore their obligations or actively contravene them, and unfairly offload the responsibility for the care of the animals—including their neutering—onto kind and compassionate local residents, we, as an association acting as a complaints platform, are committed to ensuring they comply with the law.

This has affected us deeply, and as this is not the only colony we care for and defend, we are going to throw ourselves into demanding that they fulfil their obligations!! We are currently working on the platform.

Turning Urban "Dead Spaces" into a 30MW Clean Energy Network. ☀️🏛️

I am thrilled to announce the launch of "Solar Rings", a project by Claimbox Association designed to redefine urban energy sovereignty in the Costa del Sol.

The challenge? European cities are facing a power supply crisis, yet thousands of hectares of "dead urban space"—parking lots, road margins, and public facility roofs—remain untapped.

Our solution: A Geo-SaaS proprietary platform that maps these "vacant gaps" with surgical precision using 9 layers of geospatial intelligence, and then we build and manage the communities.

The Opportunity: 📍 Scale: Starting with a 30MW deployment in Marbella/Benalmádena to power 12,000+ homes. 💰 Funding: Eligible for up to €5M via European Urban Initiative (EUI) and LIFE programs.

🌍 Impact: Reducing 49,500 tons of CO2 annually.
