Shall we do something, or are we just going to sit around lamenting all the things that could be done on the Costa del Sol? Bottom-up initiatives... are there any others...? 😛

That is the premise of our new logistics project for the Costa del Sol. But what I am most proud of isn't the tech; it's the impact:

1️⃣ Real Fair Trade: We eliminate 4 middlemen from the supply chain. We buy directly from farming families in Málaga, Almería, Sevilla and Cádiz, paying them up to 100% above wholesale market prices.

2️⃣ Zero Emissions: Our residential last-mile delivery is 100% electric. We protect the peace and the air quality of premium communities.

3️⃣ Zero Waste: Zero inventory risk. We only harvest what our clients have already ordered through the App.

Today, we are officially opening our Pre-Seed Funding Round.
We are looking for 'Smart Capital': private investors, Business Angels, or Family

Offices who not only provide capital for our initial electric fleet and logistics Hub, but who also truly understand the immense value of the residential and golf ecosystem on the Costa del Sol.

Dear all, another release on our beloved coastline 🏖️ , which is in need of improvement:

Turning Urban "Dead Spaces" into a 30MW Clean Energy Network. ☀️🏛️

I am thrilled to announce the launch of "Solar Rings", a project by Claimbox Association designed to redefine urban energy sovereignty in the Costa del Sol.

The challenge? European cities are facing a power supply crisis, yet thousands of hectares of "dead urban space"—parking lots, road margins, and public facility roofs—remain untapped.

Our solution: A Geo-SaaS proprietary platform that maps these "vacant gaps" with surgical precision using 9 layers of geospatial intelligence, and then we build and manage the communities.

The Opportunity: 📍 Scale: Starting with a 30MW deployment in Marbella/Benalmádena to power 12,000+ homes. 💰 Funding: Eligible for up to €5M via European Urban Initiative (EUI) and LIFE programs.

🌍 Impact: Reducing 49,500 tons of CO2 annually.

🤝 Governance: A proposal from a non-profit organisation (Claimbox) that guarantees a social return on investment and the trust of the public sector, supported by suitable professionals and companies.

In response to the challenge of infrastructure deficiencies on the Costa del Sol, we have proposed creating a Functional Area within the EU, which would entail city standards and involve implementing traffic, energy and security systems, at the very least:

🚗 a- Transformation of the A-7 coastal motorway y AP-7: Underground traffic via tunnels and creation of green systems with photovoltaic pergolas on the surface:
1. From Rio Verde (Banús) to Río Real, crossing the Golden Mile and Marbella town.
2. From El Rodeo to La Quinta-Ronda road below Nueva Andalucía
3. From Guadalmina to Benahavis (current Benahavis road)
4. AP-7 motorway with two levels of traffic and a railway line

🏍️ b. Widening of key exit crossroads:

- Marbella Coin road (A-355)
- San Pedro Ronda road (A-397)

🚍 c- Network of on-demand electric minibuses:

-From Cabopino to Guadalmina, a network of minibuses that allow mobility within residential areas and between towns and commercial areas for residents on demand.

🚢 d- High-speed maritime connection by fast passenger ferry:

- Fast Ferry Puerto Banús-Málaga line

🪂 e. San Pedro de Alcántara Ronda cable car and transport by modern zeppelin from Marbella to the airport.

✅ The budget for all the measures ranges between €6.572 billion and €8.577 billion. Perfectly feasible, and nothing that hasn't been done before, for example, burying the M-30 motorway in Madrid.

Let's go for it! We have to be a garden city, but with systems!

We are talking about the Costa del Sol's social news magazine, Lookout, which was born in 1962...
