On Sunday 31st May we explored the magic of fermentation, giving surplus food a second life while learning ancient techniques that transform simple ingredients into something extraordinary.

Every jar tells a story of creativity, sustainability, and respect for our food system. Less waste, more flavor, and a deeper connection to what we eat.

Thank you to everyone who will join us, shared knowledge, and got their hands delightfully messy. 🥕🫙

For Pinsedag this weekend, only one food distribution will take place on Saturday at Kapelvej 44, Nørrebro.

There will be no event at Sundholmvej.

You will be able to book your box on Friday.
