🌸💌 Our Ongoing Journey to Empower Girls!

The GirlPower project, Bandhab with the help of SAVE organised Dream Journey Sessions and inaugurated Dream Letter Boxes at two Adolescent Girls’ Clubs (AGCs), in the presence of distinguished government officials, including the District Commissioner, education officials, and the Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO), who joined as chief and special guests.

💚 Our journey continues across different schools, reaching more girls and strengthening collective efforts to prevent child marriage.

📚✨ Creating Safe Spaces in Schools! ✨📚

As part of the SRHR Project, Bandhb has set up 12 SRHR Information Corners in 12 schools across the project area with the help from Service and Vision for Edify-SAVE

These corners give students a safe, friendly, and accessible space to find reliable information, learn about their health and well-being, and build awareness about their rights. 🌱💙

Through this initiative, we want to help young people gain the knowledge and confidence to make informed and responsible decisions.

From 25–27 August 2026, SAVE, with support from Bandhab and CISU, organized a three-day Brand Ambassador Training under the GirlPower Project. 💜

The training strengthened young ambassadors’ leadership, communication and advocacy skills to help prevent child marriage and promote girls’ rights.

🎓 Certificates were awarded to recognize their active participation and commitment to becoming advocates for change.

Together, we can empower young people and build safer, stronger communities free from child marriage.

🌸 Empowering Girls, Building Stronger Communities

Bandhab is proud to support the formation of Adolescent Girls Clubs (AGCs) at Mukjoddha High School, Porahati Union, and Moslemuddin High School, Kalicharanpur Union, Jhenaidah Sadar, under the GirlPower Project.

These clubs create safe spaces for girls to learn, lead, build confidence, and speak up against child marriage and social barriers. 💜

Congratulations to all the new AGC members! Together, we are taking meaningful steps toward a future where every girl can dream, learn, and lead.

🤝 Together with Service and Vision for Edify-SAVE to End Child Marriage

Through the GirlPower Project, Bandhab is strengthening partnerships with teachers and civil society to protect girls and prevent child marriage. By empowering girls through Adolescent Girls Clubs (AGCs) with knowledge, life skills, leadership, and awareness of their rights, we are helping them stay in school, make informed choices, and shape their own futures.

Together, we can build communities where every girl is safe, confident, and empowered to dream, learn, and lead. 💜
