Call for Presenters | ERCA Conference 2026

ERCA is now inviting topic proposals and presenters for the International Ropes Course Conference 2026, taking place at PGL Outdoor Centre Liddington, England on 24 to 25 November 2026

Sharing knowledge across the industry is a core part of ERCA’s mission, and we would love to hear from professionals willing to present ideas, experiences and innovations from within the sector.

There is a wide range of relevant topics within the ropes course and outdoor adventure industry, including:

•⁠ ⁠New concepts and innovations
•⁠ ⁠Human resources
•⁠ ⁠Operational challenges
•⁠ ⁠Safety and risk prevention
•⁠ ⁠National regulations
•⁠ ⁠And more

Presenters will receive one free conference entrance fee as a thank you for contributing to the programme.

Following a successful audit, Axel Vosters and his team are now officially certified within the scope of Ropes Course Periodical Inspections. With over 25 years of experience in construction, maintenance and inspection, their expertise and commitment to the industry is clear.

It is great to welcome another highly experienced and professional team into the recognised ERCA inspection scheme and Expert Group for Inspection.

Together, we continue to develop procedures, strengthen professional standards and support the safe operation of ropes courses across Europe 🌍
