This cruelty is not accidental; it is the outcome of a system that puts financial gain ahead of the lives and wellbeing of animals.
has already walked back its most established animal welfare promise by pushing its cage-free egg commitment back seven years, without offering a clear or credible plan for how that promise will ever be fulfilled.
