🌻 The next PAN is coming !

For this month of May, we are preparing an engaging workshop called “Climate mapping”! It is inspired by a collaborative workshop, science-based made to raise awareness about climate change. 🌎
For this workshop, we will use 42 cards based on IPCC reports.

You will not only learn more about our planet and the challenges it is facing, but also meet new people, collaborate together, and share thoughts around this topic ! 💫

What does it really mean to hold space for a group? 💭

During “Group Dynamics in Action”, youth workers, facilitators, and community organisers from across Europe gathered for six intensive days of learning, reflection, and collective practice.

Together, we explored facilitation skills, conflict transformation, emotional awareness, power dynamics, and participatory leadership, not only in theory, but through real experiences, role plays, peer support, and everyday moments shared together.

Participants practiced active listening, conflict intervention, Convergent Facilitation, and methods rooted in Nonviolent Communication, while reflecting on how groups can become safer, braver, and more inclusive spaces.

From empathy circles and Open Space sessions to movement activities, art-based facilitation, and spontaneous community moments, the training reminded us that meaningful learning happens when people are trusted to co-create the process together.

The week also invited us to reflect more deeply on power, responsibility, and care within groups. Through honest conversations and shared experiences, participants explored how facilitators can navigate tensions, hold complexity, and support collective processes with transparency and accountability.

Beyond the workshops themselves, many meaningful moments happened during shared meals, late-night conversations, laughter, and collective community work around the monastery grounds. Step by step, the group became a temporary community built on trust, care, and mutual support 💚

A huge thank you to everyone who brought honesty, courage, humour, and openness into this experience.

Special thanks to Eva Malířová, Tereza Kulhánková, and the NaNebi team in general for holding and supporting the space with deep care and competence throughout the week, feeding us with food for the brain and for the soul.

🎨 Highlights from April !

Thank you to everyone who joined the Political Art Nights: “Beings in Migration”! It was amazing to see so many of you fully engaged and inspired while creating your drawings and characters.

In this workshop you went through different types of migrations and exchanged about it. You energy and involvement also inspired us deeply!

The Political Art Nights continue, this time with Circles of Care, this methodology, based on Restorative Circles practice, is often used for conflict resolution, peace-making, problem-solving and community-building. Come experience it by joining us as we build a circle together, use it to get to know each other, and discuss what moves us and affects us in current times.

Our time together is valuable: we will invite patience, humility, deep listening, acceptance, respect, the willingness to sit with uncertainty and the ability to share responsibility. It is important that everyone joins voluntarily and comes with an open mind.

Feel free to bring objects that have sentimental value to you, as well as things that inspire you such as songs, poems or artwork. We look forward to seeing you there!

February PAN is coming✨

Being on stage can be daunting, even more so if it is to share our own work, but sometimes it's also nice to just have some fun and let our body feel the things we are capable of.

We will do a few creative co-writing exercises, and then share them with each other in various ways. You don't need to have any experience to join, and it's also okay if you're shy, the main point is to have fun and experience poetry as a form of collective care.

Come be inspiring, emotional, or just a little silly, meet people, and put on a show! ✨💃🏽🎉

We’re so happy that so many of you joined us for the 4th Political Art Night at Hole of Fame 💛
filled the space with their inspiring performance “there will be soup.”

We listened to texts, music, and together created a very special soup made from one big noodle 🍜

Thank you all for making this evening so wonderful. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!
