Golf for Kids Rotary Golf Club of New Minas Sunrise Golf Tournament in support of Big Brothers and Big Sisters.
Almost everyone has checked in. We start at 12:30! We had a great team helping out.

Rotarians Margie and Trinda in Taipei. Here is their report and photos.

Hard rain today with wind on the coastal tour. Met interesting Rotarians - one from Victoria BC, many Americans, a Swiss couple, and two from St Maarten. Made Taiwanese pineapple cake and hot air lanterns with wishes. Best photo is from inside before we started the tour. Had a great lunch after climbing 250 stairs! Wish you were here! Maybe you will want to go to Barcelona next year.

Our members Trinda and Margie have landed safely in Taipei for the Rotary International Conference. Here are some photos and their update:

Margie and I visited Registration today for badges. Took a picture of line up just before doors opened. En route, met the Taiwan Rotary volunteers and got a photo, plus I snuck one of Margie under the welcome Rotarian sign in the underground MRT station. After supper, we were escorted to the subway by another volunteer taking the same route and he graciously participated in a selfie-moment (I am not a great photographer, let alone on a moving train). Off to be tourists tomorrow!

What an incredible weekend at the Rotary District 7815 Conference in Shediac, NB! 🦞 Heading home inspired, recharged, and more proud than ever to be a Rotarian. Until next time!

District Conference 7815 organizers developed an app with a scavenger hunt to collect points. It was great fun to complete the challenges and the tasks facilitated meeting all kinds of people. One of the tasks was to create a fisher person avatar. Here are some of ours from the New Minas Sunrise Club.
