New Minas Refugee Support

New Minas Refugee Support New Minas Baptist Church is partnering with the community with the goal of sponsoring a refugee family to come to Nova Scotia.

We are moving towards sponsoring a refugee family through the CABC (which is a sponsorship agreement holder with the Canadian Government). We will be responsible for getting the family housing, clothing, etc., as well as all social support they will need to become fully integrated into the community, including language training, finding healthcare providers, etc.
