The year also marks Canada’s 150th Anniversary and in the bid to host the Congress this played a role as Winnipeg being the centre of Canada it is the ideal place to visit. This event will see delegates from 27 states, 10 provinces, 3 territories, and 4 co

untries. ISC is dedicated to the development of strategies on our common role with respect to the environment, conservation, access, education and accountability.
