The Manitoba Arts Network (MAN) tours visual and performing artists to communities across Manitoba. MAN is dedicated to connecting Manitoba’s communities to the arts. MAN is a membership based, province-wide association, with the mandate to advance arts and culture in all regions of Manitoba. Early-bird registration is available until August 20, with a rate of $250 per person for the first two delegates from each MAN member organization.

Join us in Brandon from September 17 to 19 for showcasing artists, emerging artists, pitch artists, professional development, and time to connect with Manitoba’s arts community.

Visual artists are invited to join us in Brandon for a series of conversations and professional development sessions during Manitoba Showcase 2026.

Taking place September 18 and 19 at the Art Gallery of Southwestern Manitoba, the program will explore printmaking, photography, artist collectives, gallery opportunities, and Manitoba Arts Council funding.

Participants are also invited to the Opening Reception on Thursday, September 17, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Western Manitoba Centennial Auditorium.

Each session has space for 100 participants, and registration is required. Attendance is free for MAN members, AGSM members, MAN member organizations, and members of organizations that belong to MAN.

Early-bird registration for Manitoba Showcase 2026 is available until August 20.

Join us in Brandon from September 17 to 19 for live performances, artist pitches, professional development, and time to connect with artists, presenters, and arts organizations from across Manitoba.

MAN members can register their first two delegates for $250 per person before the early-bird deadline.

All Together Now brings together work by Manitoba Arts Network members from rural and northern communities across Manitoba.

From painting and photography to textiles, sculpture, and mixed media, the exhibition reflects the talent found across the province.

Gallery Hours:
Tuesday to Friday - 10 AM to 4 PM
Saturday - 12 to 5 PM
First Friday - 6 to 9 PM (First Fridays in the Exchange)

Learn the no-sew quilting technique behind Portraits with artist Colette Balcaen (Colette Balcaen).

In this hands-on workshop, participants will explore fabric, colour, texture, and shape while creating their own textile portrait. No previous experience is required.

Announcing the 2026 Pitch Artists.

We’re pleased to welcome Sitruc James , Cristian De La Luna, John Muirhead, Poor Nameless Boy, and Manitoba Chamber Orchestra as this year’s Pitch Artists for Manitoba Showcase 2026.

The pitch sessions give presenters a chance to hear directly from artists, learn more about their work, and consider what may be a good fit for their communities.

This year’s Emerging Artists are Marjan, Ingrid Aubrey, Mary Diosa, The Ranger System, Tim Cruly, and Taylor Gibson.

We’re looking forward to having them at Manitoba Showcase 2026 in Brandon, where they’ll perform for presenters, community arts organizations, and artists from across the province.
