One of the things I wish more people knew:

If you've got a fruit tree, it's worth it to remove some of the fruit.

The tree has a reserve of sugar that sugar gets divided among the fruit.

Less fruit = sweeter fruit.

A tradition that reconnects us to something ancient, a thread throughout all of our lineages, woven into the very fabric of our human existence for thousands of years.

It just fills my heart in a way that almost can't be contained.
