It’s great to see the hands-on learning taking place during the Incubator step of AspireYouth's 18-month program.👏

Participants focused on "understanding the market". Working in groups, they analyzed businesses within the same sector and explored how each differentiates and competes.

They then presented their insights, building both analytical thinking and confidence in communicating their ideas.

At FESA, we’re proud to support initiatives that equip young entrepreneurs with practical, real-world skills.

In March 2026, FESA had the privilege of visiting AspireYouth and engaging with their inspiring community of young entrepreneurs.

Our co-founder, Rodney Benson, shared his journey—from leaving South Africa as a young adult to building a successful business—driven by a strong commitment to give back. We also had the opportunity to hear directly from AspireYouth’s participants, who presented the ventures they are currently building with passion and purpose.

It was a meaningful exchange of ideas, experience, and ambition—reinforcing the importance of investing in the next generation of South African entrepreneurs.
