$50 PRIZES given to eight participants chosen by random draw.

any media, dance, sculpture, written work, dramatization, painting/drawing, animation, monologue or other creative work

Also Applications are now open for Westshore Arts Council Fine Arts scholarship
Open to high school and middle school students who have an interest in pursuing Arts education
