SĆIȺNEW̱ SṮEȽIṮḴEȽ is challenged to collect and bring as many pumpkins as possible. Students can get their families, friends and neighbours (your sports team, community group, local businesses) involved by gathering their pumpkins or asking them to bring their pumpkin(s) to the event and let them know what school they are representing.
Every pumpkin smashed is by donation, with all proceeds helping Flourish! School Food Society provide healthy meals and snacks to students. 🎃

The Langford Firefighters Charitable Foundation invites all schools in Langford to participate in their annual Pumpkin Smash Fundraiser on Sunday, November 1.

Date: Sunday, November 1st, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Location: Westshore Town Centre parking lot near Cineplex Odeon @ 2945 Jacklin Road
Bring: Your pumpkins and donations

Trudy Spiller – 10,838 votes
Mike Manhas – 10,130 votes
Cendra Beaton – 9,344 votes
Tom Davis – 8,403 votes

We thank all candidates who put their names forward and contributed to the democratic process. We also thank community members who participated by casting their votes and making their voices heard in public education.

We are looking to fill volunteer shifts at our upcoming Halloween Dance (Thursday, October 29th)

-Welcome table
-Concession
-Glow Sales (in the gym)
-Set Up & Take Down

All volunteer shifts are about 30-60min long so that you don’t have to volunteer the whole event!

Feel free to ask a friend or grandparent to volunteer with you! (Just sign them up too, please!)
