🌟 NEW PROGRAM: Thrive Together 🌟

Thrive Together is a 4-week wellness program for teenagers ages 16–18 with disabilities, focused on building healthy habits, confidence, and overall well-being.

Through fun, interactive activities and hands-on learning, participants will explore movement, mindfulness, nutrition, social connection, productivity, and healthy routines in a supportive and welcoming environment. From cooking workshops to goal-setting and relationship-building activities, this program is all about learning new skills, connecting with peers, and growing together!

🌟Today, Michael was invited by his employer at North Hill Safeway to be a spokesperson for the Special Olympics fundraising campaign.

➡️As a dedicated Special Olympics athlete, Michael has competed in numerous events and earned several medals over the years.🎳

It’s wonderful to see Michael recognized for his hard work and positive presence in the workplace. We’re proud to see him sharing his story and supporting a meaningful cause while making a difference in the community.🌟

Adapted Aquatics is back this summer! We’re excited to partner with Calgary Outdoor Pools to offer inclusive and supportive aquatic programming for youth and adults with disabilities!

These adapted swim programs focus on building confidence, water safety skills, independence, and fun in the water through individualized support and tailored instruction.
