A low-cost, engaging, dynamic and inclusive program that’s provided leadership, citizenship, nautical skills & self-confidence to Quinte West youth for over 50 yrs! Our program aims to develop youth between the ages of 12 - 18 in their leadership, citizenship, physical fitness, and to garner interest into our Canadian Armed Forces. There are many opportunities for cadets which include: sailing, se
