If we don’t fully understand what happens during the procedure, how can patients be fully informed?

After examining her mother’s case, this daughter is asking difficult questions about the medications used in MAiD, potential complications, and whether enough research has been done.

Her message is simple: do the research. Be transparent. Give patients the full picture.

When a decision is irreversible, informed consent should mean exactly that—informed.

There are Canadians living with chronic illness who feel unheard, unsupported, and left to fall through the cracks of our healthcare system.

When someone is saying, “I’m suffering. I need help. The system has failed me,” we should listen.

We are about making sure vulnerable people are given care, treatment, support, and reasons for hope before they ever feel there are no other options.

Their voices deserve to be heard. ❤️
