Every woman carries a story. Some parts are spoken easily. Others take years to find the words for.

At The Single Mom Village, we make room for both.
We share real stories, told with honesty and heart, and received without judgement or prejudice. Stories of women finding strength, losing their way, beginning again, and becoming more fully themselves.

Our first Village Story comes from our founder,
Aura Arias. In a LIFE THAT INCLUDES YOU, as she writes about learning to make herself small, giving everything she has to motherhood and realizing that her own life needed to include her, too.

For years, this existed as a feeling I couldn’t quite name.

I knew what it felt like to be praised for my strength while carrying so much armour that I could no longer tell where survival ended and the woman underneath it began.

Single motherhood is where my story began but this Village is about more than relationship status.

It is for every woman rebuilding after life has changed. The woman choosing peace. Caring for her health. Creating financial freedom. Protecting her home. Remembering that her dreams still belong to her.

I didn’t create this space because I have everything figured out.

I created it because women deserve a place that doesn’t tell them where they failed or what they should have done differently. A place where men are decentered, relationship status does not determine worth, and the woman herself matters.

A place that reminds us who we are while we become who we are meant to be.

Created by a single mom. Built for every woman ready to begin again.

Today, that place has a name.
