We had a wonderful time at The Community Place Hub for our Walk with Doc event, in partnership with the West Ontario Health Team.

It was a great opportunity for community members to get active, connect with one another, and enjoy conversations about health and wellness while walking together.

⚾💙 More than just a baseball game.

Our recent field trip to a Toronto Blue Jays game was a wonderful opportunity for Community Place Hub members and staff to step outside the Hub, spend time together, and enjoy a shared experience.

We cheered for the Jays, shared laughs, talked, and created memories together. What may seem like a simple trip to a baseball game can become something much more meaningful: connection, friendship, and a sense of belonging.

Sometimes connection starts with a conversation.
Sometimes with a shared laugh.
And sometimes, it happens while cheering on the Blue Jays together! ⚾💙
