Let us please define some terminologies to set the record straight of who the RCIC Voice is and is not.

1- The RCIC Voice is comprised of 159 active members in good standing of ICCRC, we are not running for any board elections or for other interests from ICCRC.
2- We also have support of 1425 RCICs who have also pledged their commitment to stand behind us when needed and this makes us the largest block of RCICs in existence. We are all collectively united to face any bullying, threats and legal actions from ICCRC against us and against any other RCIC no matter if he or she supports RCICvoice or not.
3- We are fighting for our rights, we don’t care who is in power, we will keep our mission and voice open and loud until we clean this profession from politics, greed, corruption and incompetency.

We need to define bullying just to be clear. It is almost like calling one Elephant two Elephants in a room where there is none. What a bully does not expect is to be “stood up to.” If the bully has been going around intimidating others and the bully himself gets a surprise by one of his victims where the victim starts to fight back and win that is not bullying. That is called defending oneself against bullying. For instance: Fighting and demanding basic rights is not bullying. Considering 131 member’s proposal as offensive and libel is bullying. Serving legal notices to stop exposing corruption is bullying. Asking friends like “Bruce” to visit members’ homes and threatening them is bullying, using the ICCRC investigators to process complaints against members is bullying. RCIC Voice anonymously responding to the CLUB ICCRC tactics is not bullying.

Furthermore, why should we tell you who we are undefined it levels the playing field, and takes away the “higher ground” that CLUB enjoys in its bully-mode? And since when is it a crime to be a Whistle Blower?

The parallel argument to this of course is that in public markets and public companies there are many chat rooms with anonymous forums and billions and billions of dollars are at stake and for matters far more important than an Canadian immigration regulator.
