I am deeply humbled to have received The King Charles III Coronation Medal for my work with the Black Daddies Club over the past 17 years. This recognition celebrates our commitment to creating empowering spaces for Black men in the Greater Toronto Area.
A heartfelt thank you to the Honourable Donna Dasko, Ph.D., and the Honourable The Honourable Ratna Omidvar, C.M., O.Ont , Senators of Ontario, for this incredible honor. Your support means the world to me and to all of us who work tirelessly to uplift our community.

About the Medal:
The King Charles III Coronation Medal is a distinguished Canadian commemorative award recognizing individuals who have made significant contributions to their communities.
Who is Eligible?
The medal is awarded to those who have made a notable impact in their community, province, or territory in Canada, or who have achieved recognition abroad that brings credit to our nation.
How Many Medals Will Be Awarded?
In total, 30,000 medals will be awarded, including 4,000 to members of the Canadian Armed Forces and 1,000 to Public Service employees.
This medal is not just a personal achievement; it reflects the collective efforts of everyone involved in the Black Daddies Club. Together, we strive to foster connections, support each other, and create lasting change.
