Այս շաբաթ օր` Մայիս 23-ին մեր վարժարան պիտի այցելէ ծանրամարտի աշխարհի ախոյեան եւ Եվրոպայի կրկնակի Ախոյեան Նազիկ Ավդալյանը։ Աշակերտները եւ ծնողները առիթ պիտի ունենան իր հետ ծանոթանալու եւ զրուցելու առ․ ժամը 9։00-10։30 ի ընթացքին։

This Saturday, May 23, our school will be visited by world weightlifting champion and two-time European champion Nazik Avdalyan. Students and parents will have the opportunity to meet and speak with her between 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

During this meeting, we will present the proposed new community-centered project, which aims to serve generations to come through the construction of a multi-purpose complex featuring:

• Seniors’ Independent Living Residence
• Residential Development
• Community Barev Centre
• Banquet Hall
• Daycare
• Gymnasium

This initiative is more than a construction project; it is an investment in the care and well-being of our seniors, children, youth, and families, as well as in the future of our community. The proposed complex will create a welcoming environment that brings our community together and strengthens our faith, culture, identity, and community life.

Your presence and genuine support are deeply appreciated as we move forward together.

Community Centre Manager (Full-Time)
Barev Centre – Canadian Armenian Community Services Barev Centre

We’re looking for a dedicated, organized, and community-minded individual to join our team and help run our vibrant community centre in Toronto!

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and administration
Act as liaison with community members and partner organizations
Coordinate scheduling, events & programs
Handle social media outreach and content creation
Basic bookkeeping (training provided)

What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English and Armenian
Strong communication & organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Teams & Zoom
Experience managing social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) and creating engaging content (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Team player who is proactive and can manage multiple tasks

Full-Time Position
In-person | 4 weekdays + Saturdays
