Our mission is to provide free, fun and safe soccer training and educational sessions for underserved children and youth in Toronto by connecting everything to our values of friendship, fun, respect, equity, education and teamwork. At NUTMEG we pursue the following key goals:
- Provide a fun, safe, and inclusive environment so that children of any gender can build their confidence and improve thei

r soccer skills.
- Harness the unifying and transformative power of soccer to promote teamwork, develop young leaders and better communities.
- Create volunteer opportunities for both adults and youth to achieve and spread NUTMEG’s values.

Jesukhogie has been with Nutmeg Soccer for about two years now, and really enjoys how coaching keeps him active while also helping him build leadership and coaching skills. It’s a great balance of staying in shape, having fun, and being part of a program that focuses on community and development.

Through NUTMEG, Jesukhogie had the opportunity to join the Aspiring Coaches Program run by the Ontario Coaches Association, where he received additional certification and training for working with the U13 age group. It was a great experience, and also the first step toward his goal of getting a pro license as a soccer coach!

What a moment for Canadian football. 🇨🇦❤️

Team Canada Soccer secured a 1–0 win over South Africa at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and we at Nutmeg Soccer couldn't be prouder to cheer them on alongside this incredible community.

Moments like these are why we love this beautiful game and an inspiration for kids and young athletes to continue learning soccer and having fun at grassroots organizations! Watching our nation come together, united by soccer, full of heart.
