Roles:
Club Posts Coordinator — manages/curates content from individual club PR officers
District Announcements & Events — handles COT events, district-wide announcements
Member Celebrations — testimonials, victories, spotlights (posters, video testimonials)
Newsletter Lead — production and editorial for the D60 newsletter
