What should be done?

It's my first time seeing something like this inside the streetcar. The back part was empty because there were four people lying on the seats. 😔

This kind of situation is getting worse, especially since winter is almost here. I'm sure most of them will be inside the TTC then.

I feel bad for them. Is there really nothing the City of Toronto can do?

Riders avoid the back, shelters are full - what's the real solution here? What do you think should be done? 👇

🤝 What Does an Outreach Worker Do?

An outreach worker meets people where they are—with compassion, respect and without judgment.

They connect individuals experiencing homelessness or hardship with food, clothing, shelter, healthcare, harm-reduction supplies and other essential services.

Most importantly, outreach workers listen, build trust and remind every person that they matter. 🧡💛
