5th Annual TCDC Golf Scramble ⛳️

On Saturday, May 2nd we held our annual golf scramble at the Skeena Valley Golf & Country Club. This year's theme was an afternoon at the circus!🎪

Together we raised $7,351.41 for our community!

This money will be put towards our Foundations for Play Project at our Park Centre location. This project focuses on building and outdoor space upgrades to help us better serve families in our community.

Thank you to everyone who golfed, joined us for dinner and bid on the dessert auction.

Another special thank you to the crew at the Skeena Valley Golf & Country Club, including their restaurant staff.

We are so grateful for the ongoing support of our community!

Disability Tax Credit Webinar - FREE

Thursday, June 11, 2026 from 10am to 11:45am PT

https://planinstitute.ca/disability-tax-credit/

About the webinar:

This webinar will explain what the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) is and how to make the best use of it, and also includes information about eligibility criteria, application tips, and what happens after you apply. At the end of the webinar, there is a 45-minute question and answer period with a DTC specialist.

Who should attend?

This free webinar is for anyone who would like information and support around the DTC, including disabled folks, family members or support people, and professionals.

Eligibility for the DTC is based on how your disability or condition affects your daily life, rather than a diagnosis, and so we encourage all folks who think they may experience restrictions to attend.

What’s covered:

- What the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) is, and how much it is worth
- Other benefits of the DTC, including the Canada Disability Benefit (CDB) and Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP)
- Eligibility criteria
- How to apply, including top tips
- What happens after you submit the DTC application.
