CẬP NHẬT TIẾN ĐỘ XÂY DỰNG CHÙA PHÁP HOA
HẠNG MỤC: HỆ THỐNG SEPTIC
Kính thưa quý Phật tử và quý thiện hữu gần xa,
Chùa Pháp Hoa xin được cập nhật đến quý vị tiến độ thực hiện hệ thống septic – một trong những hạng mục hạ tầng thiết yếu cần hoàn thành để chuẩn bị cho công trình xây dựng và phát triển lâu dài của Chùa.
🌸 TIẾN ĐỘ ĐẾN NGÀY 27/08/2026
Ngày 10/07/2026, hồ sơ thiết kế hệ thống septic (Record of Sewerage System) của Chùa đã được Fraser Health chính thức tiếp nhận (Filing Accepted), cho phép công trình chuyển sang các bước kiểm tra hiện trường và thi công theo hồ sơ thiết kế.
Chi phí của hạng mục này gồm:
• Chi phí thiết kế và bản vẽ septic: $7,500
• Chi phí thi công, vật liệu và nhân công: $128,037
-> Tổng chi phí dự kiến: $135,537

Tính đến ngày 27/08/2026:
• Phát tâm riêng cho hạng mục septic: $850
• Phát tâm xây dựng chung: $9,550
• Tổng cộng hiện có: $10,400
-> Số tiền hiện còn thiếu: $125,137
🌸 CÔNG TRÌNH ĐÃ BẮT ĐẦU
Mặc dù kinh phí hiện tại vẫn còn thiếu rất nhiều, nhà thầu đã tạo điều kiện cho Chùa chậm tiến độ đặt cọc và thanh toán trong vòng 3 tháng, để công trình có thể được bắt đầu mà không phải tiếp tục trì hoãn.
Hiện nay, máy đào đã được đưa xuống công trình để chuẩn bị cho bước kiểm tra hiện trường của Inspector theo yêu cầu của bản vẽ và giấy phép.
Trước khi lắp đặt hệ thống septic, hiện trường phải được kiểm tra để xác nhận khoảng cách an toàn đối với giếng nước, nguồn nước và điều kiện đất:
“Inspection of the septic field before installation is required to confirm setback to water well, watercourse and soil condition.”
🌸 CHÙA RẤT CẦN SỰ CHUNG TAY CỦA QUÝ VỊ
Để công trình có thể tiếp tục đúng tiến độ và Chùa có khả năng thanh toán chi phí trong thời hạn nhà thầu đã tạo điều kiện, Chùa Pháp Hoa rất mong nhận được sự phát tâm của quý Phật tử, quý Mạnh Thường Quân bằng hai cách:
1. Phát tâm cúng dường xây dựng hệ thống septic
Mỗi sự đóng góp, dù ít hay nhiều, đều là sự chung tay quý báu giúp Chùa từng bước hoàn thiện cơ sở hạ tầng.
2. Cho Chùa mượn không lãi, có thời hạn
Đối với quý vị có khả năng hỗ trợ một khoản tiền trong thời gian ngắn, Chùa rất trân trọng sự giúp đỡ bằng hình thức cho mượn không tính lãi và có thời hạn hoàn trả rõ ràng, nhằm giúp Chùa vượt qua giai đoạn khó khăn hiện tại để công trình không bị gián đoạn.
🌸 GHI CHÚ VỀ CÁC KHOẢN CÚNG DƯỜNG KHÁC
Đối với những khoản tiền quý Phật tử đã phát tâm cho các hạng mục cụ thể khác, Chùa xin được giữ nguyên đúng mục đích mà quý vị đã phát tâm và sẽ không sử dụng vào công trình septic.
Khi từng hạng mục có đủ kinh phí và đủ điều kiện thực hiện, Chùa sẽ tiến hành theo kế hoạch.

Lưu ý: Xin ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản. Ngoài những tiếp nhận trên, những nơi tiếp nhận khác đều không đại diện cho chùa Pháp Hoa.

PHAP HOA MONASTERY CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
PROJECT: SEPTIC SYSTEM
Dear Buddhist devotees, benefactors, and friends near and far,
Phap Hoa Monastery would like to provide an update on the progress of our septic system project, one of the essential infrastructure components that must be completed in preparation for the Monastery’s future construction and long-term development.
🌸 PROGRESS UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 27, 2026
On July 10, 2026, the Monastery’s septic system design filing (Record of Sewerage System) was officially accepted by Fraser Health, allowing the project to proceed to the required site inspection and construction stages in accordance with the approved design documents.
The costs for this project are:
• Septic system design and drawings: $7,500
• Construction, materials, and labour: $128,037
-> Total estimated cost: $135,537
🌸 DONATIONS RECEIVED
As of August 27, 2026:
• Donations specifically designated for the septic system: $850
• General construction donations: $9,550
->Total funds currently available: $10,400
=> Remaining amount needed: $125,137
🌸 CONSTRUCTION HAS BEGUN
Although the Monastery is still significantly short of the required funds, the contractor has kindly accommodated us by allowing the deposit and payments to be deferred over a period of three months, so that the project can begin without further delay.
An excavator has now been brought onto the site in preparation for the required field inspection by the inspector, in accordance with the design requirements.
Before installation of the septic system, the site must be inspected to confirm the required setbacks from the water well and watercourse, as well as the soil conditions:
“Inspection of the septic field before installation is required to confirm setback to water well, watercourse and soil condition.”
🌸 WE HUMBLY ASK FOR YOUR SUPPORT
In order for the project to continue on schedule and for the Monastery to meet the payment timeline generously accommodated by the contractor, Phap Hoa Monastery sincerely hopes to receive the support of Buddhist devotees and benefactors in either of the following ways:
1. Make a donation toward the septic system construction
Every contribution, regardless of the amount, is a precious act of support that helps the Monastery move one step closer to completing this essential infrastructure.
2. Provide the Monastery with a temporary interest-free loan
For those who are able to provide short-term financial assistance, the Monastery would be deeply grateful for an interest-free loan with a clearly agreed repayment period. This would help the Monastery overcome the current financial shortfall and prevent interruption or delay to the construction.
🌸 NOTE REGARDING DONATIONS FOR OTHER PROJECTS
Any donations previously designated by donors for other specific projects will continue to be reserved strictly for their intended purposes and will not be used for the septic system project.
Once sufficient funding and the necessary conditions are in place for each respective project, the Monastery will proceed according to plan.
