Calling all kids aged 7-14 who want to learn to play baseball! This summer, the Blue Jays, in partnership with BGC Stettler - Heartland Youth Center is pleased to offer a FREE Blue Jays Baseball Academy Clinic on Friday July 17, 2026, from 10am to 1pm at Stettler Sports Park.

This clinic is specifically geared towards children and youth looking to learn baseball fundamentals and is a great fit for beginner or intermediate players. Program participants will have the opportunity to take part in a number of baseball drills, develop their confidence, and try something new! Shirts and hats will be provided to participants by the Blue Jays. As an added bonus, we will provide lunch for the participants.

Youth must be registered for the event by July 10, 2026, to ensure we have enough clinic materials, all registrations are to be completed online at https://online.traxsolutions.com/bgccan/main #/dashboard. Contact us for help with registration and to have the $25 membership fee waived. An additional waiver from the Blue Jays will need to be completed as well.

Stettler, your Library Board needs you!

The Library Board is responsible for the management and control of the Stettler Public Library. The Board is currently seeking a new member-at-large representative for the Town of Stettler. If you have skill or knowledge in policy, programming, personnel, finance or advocacy and would like to be a part of a dynamic, community-focused organization, we want to hear from you! Library Board Meetings are every third Wednesday evening between September and June.
