True Grit Cowboy Mounted Shooters Cowboy mounted shooting with pistols, rifles and shotguns using black powder blanks. Cowboy mounted shooting is North America's fastest growing equine sport.

It is a high speed, timed spectator sport and the object is to shoot ten balloon targets while riding through a variety of challenging courses using specially loaded blank cartridges fired from 2 Old West style single action revolvers.

Cheers to a guy that is always there to support us all in mounted shooting!! Don is one of the first members when we got Mounted Shooted going in Canada and we thank him for promoting the sport over the years and his endless time volunteering and sponsoring the sport. It was also pointed out by Lee Stuckey that Don's shooting partner Diesel (Peponita Oak Flo), has the longest shooting career in Canada! And at 22 years young he is still going strong. 💖 True Grit appreciates all you do!
