For our November session, CSCNL’s Lindsey Hynes will be joined by Erin Winsor from the Arts & Aging Network for a conversation about Creativity, Collaboration & Connection! 💛

Together, we'll explore how arts programming and participatory performances can bring people together across generations, challenge perceptions of aging and dementia, and help build stronger, more inclusive communities throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.

We'll also discuss how creativity can be a powerful tool for community building, even if you don't consider yourself an artsy person!

Welcome Felicia Somolu, our new Newcomer Outreach Coordinator. Felicia’s role will be to engage with newcomer individuals and local organizations on how to best support the growing newcomer community in NL. We look forward to creating new opportunities for folks to foster meaningful connections across generations and cultural backgrounds. We’re so excited to see what joy and creativity Felicia will bring to the team!

☀️What is an intergenerational club?
an intergenerational club is an intentional gathering of people from various age groups.

What to expect at our Club session? Snacks, beverages, conversation, laughter, and creativity. It starts with some conversation time followed by a break to eat and chat. We finish off the session with a facilitated creative activity, something to bring us together and create new experiences.

✨This upcoming session is hosted by MK Morris! MK Morris is a writer, director, and comedian with over a decade in the film, tv, and live entertainment world.
