I got this text yesterday I’m not gonna post any names, but the person who sent me knows who they are and to be honest I don’t really know them personally, which is why this text meant more!

I also wanted to say that I think what you're doing to help create awareness on Mental Health is amazing and giving people a safe space to open up truly helps so much !
Our provincial and federal governments are def not supporting the way they should be.
Shame on them !
Hats off to you and anyone helping you do what you do is commendable !!

We picked up a new order of popcorn today. We were gonna head to the Sarnia Legion Branch 62, but it’s also track and field tryouts for the boys!!!

So if anybody’s interested in popcorn, let us know and we can make a delivery!!

This is my niece Kayla Payne who had a beautiful baby girl 7 weeks ago and unfortunately has been suffering in silence with postpartum depression. A subject not talked about enough! She was so courageous last night and in a brave moment she sent me this very honest video! Speaking the truth and the darkness that surrounds this subject! She is getting the help and support she needs! We love you Kayla !!! ❤️❤️❤️

I know it’s not easy! It’s not easy for any of us! But talking about mental health and how we’re feeling and bringing up traumatic experiences or events shouldn’t be easy. We have to get through thick of it to see the light again.
