TEEN TRANSITION FAIR 2026 REMINDER

When: Thursday May 7 @ 6:00-8:00 pm
Where: Pathways Health Centre for Children (1240 Murphy Rd., Sarnia)
Register: Scan the QR Code

This event will help parents who have a child with a disability, make necessary connections within our community to help support their child as they plan their lives after high school.

Featured services help support these families when it comes to funding information, community recreation, tutoring, transitioning into College, employment, support groups and housing. SAVE THE DATE👍
