The New Edinburgh Park Fieldhouse at 203 Stanley Avenue is a community meeting place and event centre. Since its opening in 1998, the Fieldhouse has served as the heart of New Edinburgh. It is available for public and private meetings and is an excellent venue for birthday parties, weddings, anniversaries, memorials and other celebrations of all kinds. All proceeds from reservations are reinvested into the Fieldhouse, neighbouring facilities and community events. The Fieldhouse is managed by volunteers of The Crichton Community Council.

The Crichton Community Council (CCC), known as the three-Cs, is a volunteer organization that provides seasonal programs and ongoing community service in New Edinburgh. Since its establishment on June 9, 1993, the CCC has worked to enhance New Edinburgh’s sense of community and foster an inclusive spirit among residents. The CCC acts as the steward of New Edinburgh Park and the Fieldhouse on behalf of the City of Ottawa, in the interest of New Edinburgh residents.
