Seniors Tales At Sunset (STAS) is back next month, and this year, we are bringing even more connection, creativity, and community to the experience.

Last year, we saw the magic of storytelling.
Seniors sharing wisdom.
Youth showing up to learn.
And beautiful connections forming across generations.

WE ARE HIRING: Administrative Assistant (Youth Opportunity)
Emerging Lives Initiative (ELI)

Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about community impact? This is your chance to be part of a growing movement focused on mental resilience, leadership development, and community connection.

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our programs and operations.

 What You’ll Do:

Provide administrative and organizational support across ELI programs

Assist with scheduling, documentation, and communications

Support program coordination (including youth and intergenerational initiatives)

Help maintain records, reports, and digital files

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Eligibility Criteria:
To apply, you must:

Be between 15 and 30 years old at the start of employment

Have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)

Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or a protected person (refugee status)
