This week, we honour Orange Shirt Day and the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation by reflecting on the tragic and lasting impact of residential schools in Canada.

As an organization serving Canada’s mining sector, MiHR recognizes the role our industry has to play in advancing reconciliation with Indigenous peoples and communities. We remain committed to supporting greater Indigenous participation and inclusion across Canada’s mining workforce.

In honour of this important day, MiHR is offering free access to our Indigenous Awareness eLearning throughout the week to support continued learning and a deeper understanding of Indigenous histories, cultures and perspectives.

To access the free training, email [email protected].
