The Ottawa Climate Action Fund (OCAF) has launched a second phase of analysis focused on decarbonization opportunities in Kanata North, in collaboration with Hydro Ottawa and the Kanata North Business Association.

As energy demands continue to grow, this work will explore how to meet the increasing power needs of Canada's Largest Technology Park 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. Led by Power Advisory LLC, with support from CPCS, RathCo, and the University of Ottawa, the initiative builds on earlier analysis of the region’s economic and energy growth potential.

As KNBA Executive Director Kelly Daize shared:
