CAP ISET Skills training funding for Status and non-Status Indians, Eastern Métis, and Inuit folks living in Canada.

The Indigenous Skills and Employment Training Program is designed to help Indigenous peoples prepare for and find quality high-demand jobs and careers. CAP's Indigenous Skills and Employment Training (ISET) Program provides funding and assistance for training and skills development to non-Status First Nations, Métis, and Southern Inuit living off-reserve in Canada. The focus of CAP's ISET program is to help those most in need of skills training and who cannot access funding from other sources.

🔧Skilled tradespeople are high in-demand, including heavy equipment operators in construction, mining, pipeline, building infrastructure, and more. IHE Heavy Equipment Operator Training School out West is offering an incentive to anyone who registers for a June cohort, which includes a Mark's Work Warehouse voucher! Eligible to any participant starting in June, the programs include:
- Earthmover Program
- HEO Program
- Full 4-Piece Program
- Combo 3-Piece Program
- Single Piece Programs
