What a special moment for Orono Hockey

On behalf of OAAA, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Tenille Townes, Nate Haller, Alycia Hebert and the Orono Fair for taking a moment to celebrate our minor hockey program and the generations of young players who have put their blades to the ice in Orono.

Making it even more meaningful was seeing the GL crest proudly worn on the jerseys — honouring Gord Lowery, an incredible, long-standing volunteer whose contributions have meant so much to our association and our community.

Thank you for making Orono Hockey part of such a special night. Seeing our Leafs represented on stage was a pretty proud moment for our little hockey community.
