💦 LOCAL OMEMEE BUSINESS GIVING BACK AGAIN 💦

Thank you to Bulmer Built for another generous donation in support of the Omemee Splash Pad Fundraising Campaign!

This donation came following an eavestrough job they recently completed in Peterborough, with Bulmer Built once again choosing to give back and support our community.

Support from local businesses like this plays an important role in turning big ideas into reality. Their contribution brings us one step closer to creating a safe, fun, and welcoming splash pad for families right here in Omemee.

We encourage everyone to keep our local businesses in mind when choosing products and services. It’s important to support the businesses that support our community.

Every contribution moves us closer to our goal, and with continued support from community-minded companies like Bulmer Built, we will make this project a reality.

🪙 HOW DOES A LOONIE AUCTION WORK?

Purchase a number for one loonie for the item up for bids. Purchase as many numbers as you like for $1 each to increase your chances of winning!

The auctioneer will then close number sales for that item, and a random number will be drawn. If your number is drawn, you take home the item!

We’ll also have a Country Auction (Ticket Auction) featuring even more great items!

Purchase a sheet of 25 tickets for only $10 and place as many or as few of your tickets as you like into the draws for the items you’d love to win. A winning ticket will be randomly drawn for each item at the end of the evening.

🍴 FOOD & REFRESHMENTS

Included with your admission is a light snack at intermission, prepared by the Omemee Swans Club. The Omemee Legion 497 bar will be open throughout the evening for beverage purchases.

💦 A BIG THANK YOU TO RURAL CONNECTIONS! 💦

The Omemee Community Fund would like to extend a sincere thank you to Rural Connections at St. John’s, Ida for their generous donation to the Omemee Splash Pad Fundraising Campaign!

Rural Connections is another wonderful example of community coming together. On the first Wednesday of each month, they invite the local community to a simple luncheon at St. John’s Parish Hall — providing an opportunity to meet old friends, make new ones and enjoy time together in community.

We sincerely appreciate their generosity and support. Every contribution brings us another step closer to making the Omemee Splash Pad a reality for local children and families.

Thank you, Rural Connections, for supporting our community! 💙💦
