What kind of grief are you struggling with right now? We want to hear from you... https://nnpcn.com/care-conversations/
Introducing NNPCN Care Conversations: a new way for our community to connect and support one another through palliative diagnosis, grief, and loss of all kinds.
Our Care Conversations Peer-Led Support Circles are completely free and will offer a welcoming, informal space to talk, listen, share, and connect with others who can identify with the particular grief you are struggling with.
Focus circles will include:
• Grieving a diagnosis
• Grieving a spouse or partner
• Grieving a parent
• Grieving a child
• Grieving a sibling
• Caregiver grief
• Sudden or unexpected loss
• Complicated or difficult relationships
• Young adult grief
• Grief and identity
• Life after loss
• Holiday and anniversary grief
Or something completely different
This is not counselling or a structured program. It’s an ongoing, peer-led space where participants help shape the conversation.
Share your story, talk about what you’re experiencing, listen to others, or simply come and be part of the circle. There’s no pressure to speak, no “right” words, and no timeline for grief.
Sometimes, we don’t need someone to tell us what to feel or do. We simply need someone to listen and remind us: we’re not alone.
NNPCN provides the space, structure, trained support, and connections to additional resources when needed. Participants bring the heart of the circle: their experiences, understanding, compassion, and willingness to listen.
Pre-register your interest today to be among the first to receive information about upcoming Care Conversations, including dates, times, locations, and the topics being offered. https://nnpcn.com/care-conversations/
You don’t have to navigate grief alone. 🧡
