Hello Pictou County!

We are seeking donations for this year’s summer camp!☀️🌈

Autism Nova Scotia is dedicated to providing meaningful and inclusive experiences for autistic individuals and their families. Our summer camps play a vital role in this by offering a safe and supportive environment where campers can learn, grow, and connect with their peers.

We truly appreciate any support you can provide, whether it's through a donation of materials or other forms of assistance. Your generosity will make a meaningful difference in the lives of families right here in Pictou County.

This year we have created an Amazon Registry to make donating easier than ever. Follow the link below to explore our priority items we are looking for this year!

Items purchased through the Amazon Registry can be shipped directly to our office. Any other items can be arranged for pick up or feel free to drop items off at our Regional Autism Centre:
• 115 MacLean Street , New Glasgow NS B2H 4M5 - pass through the main doors and go up the stairs, then it is located on your left.

If you would like more information about our summer camp programs or how you can get involved, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected]

We had some wonderful times out in community during the month of May!

We had a great session with the Child and Well-Being Team with the Department of Opportunities and Social Development here in New Glasgow, deepening an understanding of autism and exploring community supports.

We also attended the Federation of Foster Families Nova Scotia AGM and got to connect with foster parents from across the province to share how Autism Nova Scotia can support through our various programs and services.

Thank you to these organizations for inviting us!
