The centre is owned by the Town of New Glasgow and operated by a volunteer board of directors.

It will likely be a bit cooler than normal though, so remember to bring layers!

Woah!

What an excellent start to our Junior Jays TBall Season!!

Thank you to all of the volunteers for your time and energy to pull off having over 120 littles on the WSCC ball field this evening!

Thank you to the parents and guardians for waiting in line to check in for night one, we appreciate it!

Keep an eye on your email if you agreed to volunteer we will be reaching out soon with more details.

🍬Our $1 Canteen is Open on Junior Jays Nights! ⚾

Join us every Monday and Wednesday in June and July during Junior Jays (6pm-7pm) for some tasty treats and cool refreshments!

All Junior Jays players will receive a FREE half-jumbo freezie when they hand in their name tag at the end of the evening. 😎

We’ll also have our $1 Canteen open for players, siblings, parents, grandparents, and anyone else looking for a little snack!

💵 Please note: The canteen is CASH ONLY and will close at 7:15PM!

❤️ All proceeds from the canteen help support programs, activities, and events at the West Side Community Centre including our goal of having benches on our field!

We can’t wait to see everyone at the ball field this summer!

A huge thank you to the New Glasgow Kinsmen Club for their generous donation in support of the West Side Community Centre Summer Program!

Because of your support, we were able to purchase new gymnastics mats, important safety supplies, and help provide a fun field trip experience for our campers this summer. Your contribution is helping create a safer, more active, and memorable program for local children and youth.

We truly appreciate your commitment to supporting our community and investing in opportunities for kids to learn, play, and grow. Thank you for making a difference! ☀️💚
