Our LAST YA Summer Social is coming up - and we're ending the summer with Sundaes + Board Games! 🍦🎲🙌

Whether you've been around all summer or this will be your first time, come on out and connect!

And YES - we want to see our Grade 11's heading into Grade 12, as well as recent graduates who are still around town this summer! 👏

Join us as we read through Proverbs together, grow in God’s Word, and enter our weekly giveaway.

How to enter:
1️⃣ Read the assigned chapters for the week.

Gen Youth! We’ll be hanging out at the church this Sunday night from 6:30 to 8 pm. There will be a sundae bar, group games, Nintendo Switch, and just casual mingling!

Our Youth Finale & Gauntlet Awards from June 9th!

🏆 "Almighty Amethyst" took 1st place led by Makenna P. & Ed E.!
🔥 Daniel R. & Charlee J. were the "Most Courageous Knights" (MVP's)
🤝 Maisha W. & Henderson M. were the "Most Noble Knights" (MSP's), and
💪 Mat E. was our "Most Valiant Leader" (Coach of the Year!)

We also had a time to share stories and memories and lessons learned from Pastor Caleb as he wraps up his role as Generations' Youth & Young Adult Pastor!

It was a night to remember and we can't wait to see you guys this Summer at one of our "Summer Socials" and later on in the Fall as we kick off another season of GY!

P.S. We're so grateful for our Adult/Student Leaders who made this year happen - can we give them some love???

TOMORROW NIGHT...

Young Adults + Gr. 12's across the mid-island region are invited to join us at Nanoose Bay Camp (2531 Nanoose Beach Rd, Nanoose Bay, BC) as we host a Barbecue & Field Games at the beach!

- Join us there at 5:30pm and feel free to bring a camping stove/BBQ to put on your tailgate or on a table to help us cook the meat up!

- We will provide buns and burgers/hot dogs/condiments (and drinks)! If you could bring something to share like chips, veggies, or cookies, that would be great!

Bring your friends and join us for a great night at Nanoose!

SO grateful for YG 2026!

God moved in and throughout our group in a powerful way, hilarious moments and memories were made, and all of us are walking away from this weekend reminded of the fact that we all receive “Grace Upon Grace” when we follow Jesus!

A common theme was the fact that we all have “thorns” - things we can’t take away or change about our lives or circumstances whether that’s suffering, a diagnosis or a family situation - and yet God allows for those so that his power would be made perfect in our weakness and that we would continually remember that we actually can’t do life well without him: we need him everyday no matter what we face!

Thanks for all those that prayed, gave or served this weekend to make it happen - God was and will continue to be faithful to reveal himself and show up in our youth ministry!
