The Tech & Innovation Showcase will feature four 90-minute sessions with presentations from 12 companies covering the topics of Food Systems, Climate Solutions, Health Care Technologies, and Business Model Innovation. Each presenting company will deliver a 5-minute pitch with 15-20 minutes of audience participation, led by relevant moderators and subject matter experts in a fireside chat format.

Saying Goodbye to Jennifer L Hufnagel

It's Jennifer here, The GM of Innovation Island and today is my last day with IITA. Next week I will be off to a new adventure. While it's bittersweet, it's also quite exciting.

What a wild ride it has been over the last 3+ years as General Manager of Innovation Island. I wanted to say thank you so much for interacting with us on social, those I know personally and everyone who has supported IITA over the past 3+ years.

Thank you all so much for the social interactions and I look forward to connecting online again soon.

We have been quiet around here at Innovation Island, working with clients and taking some much needed time off this summer (hasn't it been a glorious one).

We have heard some exciting news from our friends at Pocketed - they have just launched their 2.0 version and the UI looks great. If you haven't logged in lately; certainly do. There are new features such as Explore my Grants, all "Filters" are now part of the freemium version, and if you have Pocketed Plus, they now have a have new "grant intelligence" feature.
