Streetfest is TOMORROW!

Join the FREE fun presented by Bioclean Disaster Services on June 6 from 10 am to 3 pm Start the day with a pancake breakfast hosted by The Olive Tree from 9 to 11 am, then enjoy a stroll through downtown as residents and families come together for one of the biggest days of the summer. Downtown Lloydminster will be filled with local vendor booths, an art market, street performers, delicious food, wagon rides, carnival rides, and more!

We stopped by S**t Pest Control last week to chat with Denise and got to see Zeppelin in action during a training session in their new downtown space.

From rodents and ticks to bed bugs and cockroaches, S**T provides a wide range of pest control services throughout Lloydminster and surrounding areas. One thing many people may not know is that Zeppelin is specially trained in bed bug detection, helping identify issues quickly, especially in larger buildings where early detection can make a major difference.

S**T recently moved to its new downtown location, which Denise says she was naturally drawn to for its activity, visibility, and connection to the community. Denise has owned S**T for the past six years and says that community support and word-of-mouth have played a huge role in helping the business continue to grow.

We’re excited to welcome S**T Pest Control to Downtown Lloydminster and look forward to seeing them continue to grow here.

Crossroads Express Car Wash is now open along Highway 16, bringing a modern new car wash option to downtown. With its bright, eye-catching setup and convenient location, it's hard to miss as you drive through the area.
It's always encouraging to see new businesses continue to invest in Lloydminster and expand the services available across the community.

With Phase 1B, parking is being adjusted as part of the downtown improvements, with a focus on making better use of space.

On 50 Street, the total number of stalls is increasing with the addition of angle parking, while also adding more accessible parking options.

On 51 Avenue, the total number of stalls will remain the same, with one space being converted to accessible parking and one new stall added.

Overall, these changes are designed to improve access while making parking more efficient throughout downtown.
